Terms & Conditions
Cancelation - Due to the nature of the vacation rental business, we cannot accept cancellations occurring later than 30 days to the arrival date. You will forfeit all sums paid unless we are able to re-rent the property, in which case we will refund an amount equal to any subsequent rental less a $100 handling fee. If a cancellation occurs prior to 30 days to arrival, full refund will be issued less a $100 handling fee.
A deposit is required with rental and Final payment including security deposit due 60 days prior to reservation.
It is highly recommended guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of family emergencies/bad weather delays, flight/rental car cancellations, job loss, snow/ice, health related bans/restrictions, etc. If you live in an area prone to hurricanes, forest fires, etc. and cannot make your trip, please seek reimbursement through your travel insurance.
NO refunds are given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. Please check what travel insurance your credit card may offer.
Minimum age of 25
for primary guests/renters. Minors, those under 25 are welcome at Aqua Harbor when traveling and staying with family 25+. Photo ID is required to verify primary guests age at rental and all guests at check-in with our Home Owners Association (HOA) and Property Management. At check in HOA will issue wristbands to verified guests. These allow you access to the private island through security during your stay.
Boats may only be docked at Aqua Harbor, please boat and dock responsibly and be considerate of neighbors, other guests and boaters. Docking, including access to shore power and water are provided for an additional daily fee. Guests are also discouraged from swimming in the canal as sharks are often present in this area.
Check In time: 4:00 PM // Check Out time 11:00 AM
Cleaning of fish inside home is prohibited.
No pets allowed on premises.
No smoking/vaping inside home.
Parties are not allowed on premises.
Failure to abide by these terms/conditions can result in the immediate removal from and cancelation of your stay at Aqua Harbor, at the discretion of Owners &/or Property Managers. No refunds or reimbursements will be offered in these circumstances.
